Anti-adipogenic effects of baicalin were significantly attenuated by beta-Catenin siRNA transfection. beta-Catenin siRNA rescued the reduced expressions of PPARgamma, C/EBPalpha, fatty acid binding protein 4 and lipoprotein lipase by baicalin.
